What Led Me Here

For 25 years, I built a career in education, progressing into senior leadership and becoming a Headteacher, before expanding my work into coaching.

I valued the responsibility, contribution, and impact of that work. Over time, like many in senior roles, the demands increased and my time became more constrained.

As I approached 50, I began reassessing what I wanted the next stage of my career to look like.

Could I continue to contribute while working in a more flexible way? Could I apply my experience differently? Could I create a better balance between professional and personal priorities?

I wasn’t looking to step away from work - I was looking for a different structure.

That led me to explore more flexible, modern ways of working that allow experienced professionals to continue contributing in a different format.

Today, I work in a way that allows me to remain professionally active while having more control over how I structure my time.

For me, success now is defined by balance - continued contribution, with greater alignment between work and life.
