My work brings together personal development, communication, mentoring and modern digital tools, supported by professional training and a wider international community.

WHY I CHOSE A DIFFERENT WAY

For 25 years, I built a career in education, progressing into senior leadership and becoming a headteacher before expanding my work into coaching.

I valued the responsibility, contribution and impact of that work. But as the demands increased and my time became more constrained, I began to question what I wanted the next stage of my working life to look like.

I wasn’t ready to step away from work, purpose or ambition. I wanted a different structure. One that would allow me to use my experience in a meaningful way, while creating more flexibility and greater choice over my time.

That decision led me to explore a more modern way of working and ultimately to the opportunity I’m part of today.

Because the model is remote, I can organise my work in a way that fits more naturally around the rest of my life.

Over the past two and a half years, that has meant working from home, taking the business with me when I travel, attending international events and having more space for the people and experiences that matter to me.

It still requires commitment, consistency and personal responsibility. The difference is having greater choice over where I work, how I structure my time and what I am working towards.

For me, it is about remaining purposeful and ambitious while creating a way of working that can continue to evolve with my life.
